I am so happy to get this cel!!!!
I'm always on the lookout for cels of Ranma saving (or thinking he's saving) Akane, and I just happened to stumble onto this one on ebay with a great BIN price, that my husband graciously allowed me to get!
Must have been feeling guilty for me doing all the packing so far. <.<

How do I know this?
I've two other cels from the same episode. And this is the only time Akane wears that shirt.
Klet has informed me that the funky bit there to the left is the chart that shows how to undo the Moxa Burn that Happosai put on Ranma to steal his strength.
And once again, she's right!
~15:30 Akane got caught up in the upward spiral of Ranma's Heaven's Dragon Fist attack, running to get that Moxa Burn Chart you see floating to the left. The whirlwind sucked her air from her lungs, and with her last breath told Ranma "Hurry, take it...!" and handed it off to him.
Ranma grabbed her instead, and is now looking panic stricken at the chart, recognizing it for what it is, and thinking to himself, "Akane risked her life for this! I can't lose it!"
I say again: WAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAA!
