Ichigo on his very last ounce of wherewithal.
He's battled as hard and as long as he possibly can at this point.
With only his sword to support him, his knees finally give way once Rukia comes to lend what help he'll let her.
A lot of work went into these two gifs.
I'll not post each page. No comments really. Just Rukia running up to a stationary Ichigo, until she gets there, then Ichigo slumps a bit in relief.
